These Product Terms describe included usage and fair use for 1Close Solo and Team plans. They supplement the Terms of Service and your Order Form / Statement of Work. Headline subscription prices are unchanged; these terms define what is included each month before add-ons apply.
1. Included monthly usage

3. Add-ons and overage

Minimum add-on price: £99/mo.
4. Activation Bonus and Engagement-Gated Money-Back Guarantee
These clauses govern Month 1 refunds and activation rewards. They are not monthly usage caps. Where an applicable Order Form states that either mechanism applies, the thresholds below apply. Aligned with the Terms of Use §2.4–2.5.
4.1 Activation Bonus
Where an applicable Order Form states that an Activation Bonus applies, Customer may qualify for the stated service reward by meeting the activation threshold in Month 1:
- (i) Solo Plan: at least twenty (20) scored calls meeting the quality gate in the Order Form; or
- (ii) Team Plan: at least twenty-five (25) such scored calls per qualifying Closer Seat.
Quality gate: each counted call must be at least five (5) minutes, successfully transcribed, and successfully scored.
Current reward (where stated on the Order Form): one (1) month of the Voice Coaching Max add-on at no charge — Solo: one month for the account; Team: one month per qualifying Closer Seat.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Activation Bonus is a service entitlement only and no cash discount on Subscription Fees applies. The entitlement granted under this clause may be granted manually or automated at the Supplier's sole discretion.
4.2 Engagement-Gated Money-Back Guarantee
Where an applicable Order Form states that an Engagement-Gated Money-Back Guarantee applies to a Subscription Term, Customer may cancel within thirty (30) days from the Commencement Date by written notice to the Supplier (email to help@1close.ai or via the in-app cancellation flow) and obtain a full refund of the first month's Subscription Fee only if Customer has met the applicable usage conditions during Month 1:
- (a) Solo Plan: at least twenty (20) scored calls of at least five (5) minutes each, successfully transcribed and scored; or
- (b) Team Plan (where Deep Install has not been elected): at least twenty-five (25) such scored calls per active Closer Seat.
The Engagement-Gated Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the subscription fee paid for the first month of the Services and does not apply to:
- any add-on fees, professional services fees, or one-time setup fees (including without limitation any Deep Install fee);
- any Team Plan subscription where Deep Install has been elected on the Order Form (where the Day 90 outcome guarantee in the applicable Order Form applies instead);
- any usage charges incurred during the guarantee window; or
- any subscription fees paid after the guarantee window has expired.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

5. Fair use policy
- Usage is measured in human units (minutes, calls, deals), not tokens or API credits.
- Meetings summarized and AI chat are fair use at launch. Sustained abusive or automated usage may trigger contact or plan review.
- Voice Coaching Max (£199/mo per seat) removes the voice minute cap for heavy practice users.
- Team plans meter concurrent active deals; call scoring is included within deal monitoring. Contact us before enterprise-scale ingestion beyond normal ICP usage.
