Product Developer

You will work day to day with our lead developer on production features for the 1Close product: the workspace shell, deal UI, integrations, and marketing pages. The goal is to add parallel hands so we ship features faster on a real codebase.

Core coaching logic is proprietary and founder owned. You build the surfaces, data layer, and integrations users interact with every day. We care more about how you ship than years on a CV. Full time or contract both work. Our lead developer contracts today.

• Take well scoped features and ship them with guidance from the lead developer
• Build and refine React and Next.js UI in the workspace and marketing site
• Wire agent tool output into the workspace: streaming cards, approvals, and artifacts
• Extend integrations such as Zoom, calendar, and CRM connectors
• Work with Supabase via our typed data layer. No raw SQL in app code
• Ship features that paying sales teams use weekly, not internal tickets
• Fix bugs, tidy code, and keep the design system consistent

• You build with an AI IDE like Cursor and use AI in your workflow every day. This is a hard requirement
• You have TypeScript and React experience from work, bootcamp, or serious side projects
• You ship small features end to end and take feedback without ego
• You read existing code and match conventions before inventing your own
• You communicate clearly in writing in a fully remote team
• You have the right to work in the UK, EU, or US with timezone overlap for pairing. London friendly

• Small team: founder, lead developer, and you. No layers
• Ship to production often. Real customers on the product
• AI-native stack: Cursor, agents, Next.js, Supabase, typed data layer
• Full time or contract. UK and EU overlap preferred

• Next.js App Router or Supabase familiarity
• A side project or repo you can show us, however small
• Exposure to chat interfaces or streaming UI
• Design sensibility. You notice when spacing or copy feels off
