Content Creator and Social Media Manager (AI Native)

1Close is building the AI sales manager category. We have real call material, product demos, and a founder with strong opinions. Your job is to turn that into a consistent content engine that books qualified conversations.

This is an AI native creative role. You come up with the creative, the angles, and the ideas, then use AI and modern tooling to actually make them: video, image, copy, and edits. You post and grow our LinkedIn and X channels and work directly with George (founder). If you are not already building with AI every day, this is not the role for you.

• Come up with creative angles, hooks, and content ideas from call material, product moments, and the founder voice
• Use AI tools to produce short form video, image, and written content end to end
• Own the content calendar and post consistently on LinkedIn and X
• Ghostwrite and edit posts in the founder voice
• Manage community: replies, DMs, and surfacing warm leads to the sales motion
• Track what converts to booked conversations, not just views, and double down on it

• Must have AI coding experience. You build things with AI and are comfortable in an AI IDE like Cursor
• Must be using AI in your workflow right now. This is a hard requirement, not a nice to have
• You can point to the post that booked a call, not just got views
• Angle generation. You take a raw call breakdown or product moment and find the hook. This is the scarce skill, and it is the one we care about most
• Strong creative instinct for angles, hooks, and formats that travel on LinkedIn and X
• Excellent writer who can absorb and reproduce the founder voice fast, with light direction
• Strong short form video skills: scripting, editing, hooks, pacing
• Ship daily without hand holding. Content is a cadence game and you are a remote self starter
• Judgment on what not to post. We sell to founders, so no cringe and no engagement bait that repels the buyer
• Comfortable in a fully remote team, UK, EU, or US, with overlap for the founder

• Experience with AI video, image, and voice tools (for example Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• Experience with sales, coaching, or B2B SaaS audiences
• Comfort on camera or producing content with a founder who is
• Familiarity with CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar editing tools

• Two or three pieces of AI made content you shipped, with the tools and prompts behind them
• The AI stack you use every day and one thing you built with it
• A quick take on one 1Close angle and how you would produce it
• A number that mattered: a post that booked a call, a channel you grew, a launch that landed
